In the Ecomify theme, as with most Shopify themes, a sitemap is automatically generated for your store. However, this sitemap is not automatically submitted to Google. To ensure Google indexes your site and reflects updates such as new products, blog posts, or collections, you need to manually submit your sitemap to Google Search Console.

Once you've submitted the sitemap, Google will crawl it regularly and detect changes, such as new content. However, it’s good practice to monitor your Search Console to confirm that everything is being indexed correctly and troubleshoot any issues.

Example:

1. Go to your Shopify store’s sitemap, usually located at www.yourstorename.com/sitemap.xml.

2. Copy this URL and log in to Google Search Console.

3. Under the Sitemaps section, paste the URL and submit it.

Google will now begin indexing your site, and as new content is added, it should be picked up automatically, though you can always resubmit the sitemap if necessary.

This process helps ensure your site remains SEO-friendly and updated in Google's index.
