Favicon

A favicon (short for "favorite icon") is a small icon that is displayed in the browser tab or bookmark of a website. It is typically a graphic representation of a company's logo or brand, and it serves as a visual identifier for the website.

In the context of the Ecomify theme for the Shopify platform, a favicon is a small image file that can be added to your online store to represent your brand and make it more easily recognizable to your customers. The Ecomify theme allows you to upload a custom favicon to your store through the theme settings.

To add a favicon to your Ecomify store, you will need to create an image file that meets the following requirements:

• File format: .png or .jpeg

• Dimensions: At least 500 x 500 pixels

• Maximum file size: 1 MB

Once you have created your favicon image file, you can upload it to your store by navigating to the "Favicon" section of the theme settings in your Shopify admin panel. From there, you can select the file and click "Save" to upload it to your store. Your favicon will then be displayed in the browser tab or bookmark of your store, helping to give it a professional and cohesive look.
