To create color swatches using "swatch-name-name" and save them as PNG files, you can follow these steps:

1. Determine the colors that you want to use for your swatches. You can use a color picker tool or a color code reference to find the hexadecimal codes for the colors you want to use.

2. Create a new document in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP.

3. Using the "Rectangle Tool" or a similar shape tool, create a square or rectangular shape for each color swatch. Set the fill color of each shape to the corresponding color using the color picker or hexadecimal code.

4. Use the "Text Tool" or a similar tool to add a label for each swatch. You can use the "swatch-name-name" format or any other naming convention that you prefer.
