Terms of Service - Unauthorized Use of Themes
Unauthorized Use and Distribution: Users are strictly prohibited from using cracked or unlicensed versions of our themes. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where a user has purchased a legitimate version of a theme and is utilizing unlicensed copies on other websites or multiple instances.
Resale Prohibition: Users are prohibited from reselling our themes for personal or agency use. Any such action is considered a breach of our licensing agreement.
Licensed Usage Restrictions: If a user has purchased a license for a theme but subsequently uses it for another store without obtaining the appropriate additional licenses, EcomGraduates reserves the right to refuse further version updates and support services.
Right to Refuse Updates and Support: EcomGraduates reserves the right to refuse updates and support services to any user found in violation of these terms, including users utilizing unlicensed versions of our themes or engaging in the unauthorized resale of our products.
Enforcement and Compliance: By using our themes, users agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that EcomGraduates has the right to enforce these provisions to maintain the integrity and security of our offerings.
These terms are effective immediately and apply to all current and future users of EcomGraduates themes. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension of services and legal action as deemed necessary by EcomGraduates.

Please note that the license key you receive will determine the type of ecomify theme license you have. The key is designed to recognize whether your order is for a single license, a 3-time license, or an unlimited license of the ecomify theme.

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a license key. ( each license is different for each order)
When you want to add your myshopify url, click on download theme, and a modal will pop up
From here, select the store from the drop down if you have placed multiple licenses, or enter new store url.
Note the system will know what license you have chosen, single, three or unlimited uses.
Copy that code into a notepad or somewhere where you can find it easily again to paste into the theme editor but it should automatically work if it does not.
Now, To activate the ecomify theme, navigate to the Shopify theme editor and access the theme settings. Locate the field designated for the license key and paste the provided key into it.

You are provided one license key at all times. For multiple and unlimited, it is the same key but will require you to register your myshopifyurl.
To get started with Ecomify and activate your license, please follow the simple steps outlined below:

Step 2: Log in to your account using the email address associated with your purchase.
Step 3: Click on manage licenses
Step 4: Register your myshopify url
Step 5: Click on “ Download theme”
Now you are all set to start designing!
If you haven't checked it out already, we urge you to do so by downloading the Ecomify Theme Migration Chrome extensions. Note this only works currently on Chrome browsers.
We also want to remind you of our theme migration tool, which is proprietary to Ecomify. This tool allows you to port over JSON files and settings schema to the new version seamlessly. However, please note that custom code made to your store will not be migrated.

This step is necessary for ecomify theme versions 2.6 and higher.
Please note that if you have purchased only one license and your myShopify store is inactive or closed, you have the option to delete that store and register a new myShopify store. However, it's important to understand that you cannot use the same license for both stores if you have only purchased a single license.
Theme Updates:
a. EcomGraduates™ will not be responsible for helping you redo any changes or modifications made to the theme if you decide to update it.
b. It is your sole responsibility to update the theme on your own or seek assistance from the theme provider or any third-party developers of your choice.
c. We recommend regularly updating your theme to ensure security, performance, and compatibility with the latest features and plugins.
Custom Code Edits:
a. If EcomGraduates™ make any custom code edits to your theme, it may prevent you from updating the theme without losing those customizations.
b. We will not be responsible for maintaining or re-implementing any custom code edits in case you update the theme.
c. Before initiating any theme updates, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a backup of the custom code edits and consult with us or an appropriate developer to determine the feasibility of preserving those changes.
During this support period, the theme developer will help you to identify and troubleshoot any problems you may be experiencing with the Ecomify theme, and will provide guidance on how to resolve them.
It is important to note that the support provided by the theme developer during the three-month period only covers bugs related to the Ecomify theme, and not new features. Any new feature requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
After the three-month support period has ended, you can still access the theme documentation and community forums for help and guidance. Additionally, you may be able to purchase extended support if you require additional assistance.
Ecomgraduates™ is unable to offer any support or assistance to any other store that has not been licensed and purchased for. This means that if you have not purchased multiple store licenses, and only for one myshopify store, Ecomgraduates™ cannot provide any technical or customer support for that store.
Any preexisting orders will be grandfathered into receiving free updates. However, starting from Ecomify Version 3.0, free updates will only be available within the life cycle of the version you purchased.
This means if you are currently on Version 2.1, you will receive all free updates for the life cycle of Version 2. However, customers on the Unlimited Plan will continue to enjoy free updates exclusively, regardless of version.
We appreciate your understanding and are confident these changes will enable us to continue offering high-quality service and support.

When you purchase multiple licenses for the Ecomify theme, you are entitled to 6 months of support from the theme developers. This support covers assistance with any bugs related to the theme that you may encounter during that period. This support period begins on the date of purchase and includes assistance with any issues or bugs related to the theme. It's important to note that this support does not include any assistance with new features or customizations that you may wish to implement.
The multiple licenses allow you to use the Ecomify theme on multiple stores, provided that you are the owner of all of those stores. However, it does not grant you the right to resell the theme to others.
The 6 months of support for a multiple license purchase of the Ecomify theme is a valuable resource for ensuring that any issues you encounter with the theme are promptly resolved. It's important to remember that this support is limited to bug-related issues and does not cover assistance with new features or customizations. Additionally, the multiple licenses allows for use on multiple stores owned by the purchaser, but not for resale to others.
