How to Configure the FAQ section
There is no default FAQ on the dawn and debut themes, which is vital to have for your clients. If they have any inquiries regarding delivery or merchandise, this aids conversion.
For your online store's FAQ, a "accordion" is a wonderful display option since it enables users to swiftly and conveniently view the FAQ without having to scroll. This may be added to your shop with ease, thanks to our simple and straightforward process!
Start by adding the files listed in the installation zip that was provided when you made the purchase.
In your theme editor, click on "add section" and from there you will see eg faq as a section to add.
It will look a bit weird at first when you add it but when you save, it will have the accordion effect.
In the section settings, you have the options to :
change background color
text color
max width settings
title
title size
description
when on accordion: change the background color, text color and border color settings
In the blocks settings itself, they are handled individually for the questions.
Title is the question, the description is the answer and we provide an option for an svg icon
At the bottom of every section we create, you are provided padding top and bottom, margin top and bottom. padding is the space within the element.
margin is the space outside of the element.
