Start by adding the files listed in the installation zip that was provided when you made the purchase.
Once you have added the code into the code editor head into the theme editor by clicking the customize button
In the section settings you are provided:
Image - mobile and Image - desktop
Lazy-load video- Play video only when it is visible on the screen
Play only on visible- Preload videos only when it is visible on the screen
